Grammy and Opa are buying a house in Golden, Colorado!!!!

A cute little townhouse, right in the heart of Golden came available and they jumped on it!
I AM SO EXCITED!

We met the realtor out there today and took a gillion photos to send to mom and dad. I can't imagine buying a house sight-unseen. It's such an amazing location, I'm sure they will love it.
The kids and I walked over to the Rec Center (across the street) after we met with the realtor. Golden is a very family friendly community and I can't wait to explore it more.
