Progress Pics...
As predicted, Mike didn't waste anytime. He had a dumpster delivered and began removing the 40 year old orange shag carpet - with a very, very thin layer of old carpet pad - immediately! The kids and I helped by sweeping, vacuuming and removing the staples from the plywood. now we have a smooth semi clean surface to dance on haha.
In between chores, Mother Nature blessed us with some serious snow to play in! We discovered the street behind the cabin makes an ideal sledding hill - as long as you have a spotter at the bottom of the hill to watch out for cars!
