Grammy & Opa offered a great suggestion - they read about the Annual "Little Shop of Physics" Science Fair at CSU. Unfortunately, we heard about this awesome Science Geek opportunity a little too last minute for Holden, Everett & Keira to join us. But I'm so glad we went! There were hundreds of interactive displays; black lights, radio frequency, sound echo/transmitting devices, liquid nitrogen ice cream (with free samples!!!), and so much more. The kids loved seeing their muscles in their hands and jaw work on the iPad. They loved watching the smoke rings float above their heads. They loved making molecules with pipe cleaners. But most of all they loved interacting with the very enthusiastic college students. We will be back next year!
